Terms of service

Access to Enigma University is granted according to video-level permission rules and assigned account tiers:

• //Insight (Free): Access to foundational modules (Modules 1–4) based on video permissions. Module 5 remains locked and greyed out with an inline upgrade prompt.
• //Mastery (Paid): Access to all five curriculum modules, downloadable PDF reference materials, full curriculum progress tracking, and dynamic PDF certificate generation.
• //Sovereign (Partner): Access to custom partner-branded dashboard views, exclusive partner-only modules, and enterprise-specific access rules.

Enigma University does not execute credit card processing or financial checkout within the learning portal. Interacting with locked content displays an informational modal linking to the main Enigmakey website (enigmakey.io). Tier upgrades are provisioned administratively by system administrators.

All platform components—including 3D cover art, raw video assets, transcript metadata, custom video player code, downloadable PDF resources, and generated certificates—are the exclusive intellectual property of Enigmakey.

• //You may not extract, reverse-engineer, decompile, or capture raw Cloud CDN media URLs.
• //Automated scraping of transcript data, automated video downloading, or bulk extraction of resource files is strictly prohibited.
• //Certificates generated through the platform attest to module completion within Enigma University and do not constitute legal or regulatory compliance audit guarantees.

Credential sharing across multiple individuals is prohibited. System administrators monitor active sessions via the Admin Backend and reserve the right to downgrade, suspend, or terminate accounts exhibiting unauthorized multi-user access patterns.
